Crayon Shin-chan Movie 31: Chounouryoku Daikessen - Tobe Tobe Temakizushi

Forty years ago, a prophecy predicted that two lights would arrive from space in 2023: a white light carrying benevolent power and a dark one capable of causing disaster. When the beams finally reach Kasukabe, the white light strikes Shin-chan and gives him telekinetic abilities.

The dark light falls on Mitsuru Hiriya, a frustrated man whose resentment toward the world suddenly gains a supernatural weapon. Kasukabe becomes the stage for a clash between two powers neither person asked to receive. Shin-chan naturally uses his new ability for play and mischief first, but as Mitsuru's anger turns increasingly destructive, the five-year-old troublemaker is forced to discover that having a superpower also means there comes a moment when it must be used to protect other people.
