The☆Doraemons: Dokidoki Kikansha Daibakusou!

The evil scientist Achimoff steals the energy capsule that powers an entire 22nd-century city, plunging transportation, computers, and almost every modern system into darkness. Only one reserve capsule remains, and the Doraemons are given two hours to deliver it to the power center.

With electricity unavailable, their only usable transport is an old steam locomotive pulled from a museum and driven by a young engineer named Robin. Achimoff attacks again and again along the route, turning the desperate delivery into a race where the Doraemons must protect both their precious cargo and the one machine still capable of moving.
