Perman: Birdman ga Yatte Kita!!

Mitsuo Suwa is an ordinary boy who is often bullied, scolded, and frustrated by how powerless he feels. His life changes when the mysterious Birdman chooses him to become Perman, granting him a mask, cape, and badge that give him extraordinary abilities. Mitsuo barely has time to understand his new responsibility before a kidnapping forces him to put those powers to use, while keeping the identity behind the mask a secret.
