Black Jack: Sora kara Kita Kodomo

A state-of-the-art military aircraft suddenly lands in Black Jack's yard. Its pilot, Gaganof, has abandoned his country and brought his wife Miguel and their gravely ill son Andrei with him for one reason: he believes the unlicensed surgeon is the only doctor who might save the boy.

Andrei suffers from Eisenmenger syndrome caused by a ventricular septal defect, and his condition has progressed so far that even Black Jack initially sees no path to a cure. But when the child collapses before him, professional instinct overcomes resignation. With a desperate family placing everything in his hands, Black Jack searches for a possibility where medicine appears to offer none.
