Osomatsu-kun (1988): Appare! Chibita no Onitaiji zansu

On New Year's Eve, Iyamii discovers Princess Totoko inside a bamboo stalk while the sextuplets find Chibita floating in a giant peach. Raised as heroes from old folktales, Chibita and Totoko eventually meet at a castle ball and fall for each other at first sight.

The celebration is shattered when oni storm the castle and abduct Totoko. Determined to rescue her, Chibita sets out for Onigashima with an unlikely band of companions, including Nyarome as Benkei, Hatabou as Issun-boushi, and Dekapan as the old man from the tale of the removed lump. Their rescue mission turns familiar legends into one chaotic Osomatsu-style adventure.
