Mairimashita! Iruma-kun: If Episode of Mafia

Iruma grows up in one of the city's poorest slums, yet remains kind enough to help others even when he has almost nothing himself. When he finds a badly injured old man, he gives him his last loaf of bread and nurses him back to health without knowing that the stranger is Don Sullivan, head of the Babel Mafia.

Sullivan repays the kindness in the most unexpected way possible: he takes Iruma out of the slums and begs the boy to become his grandson and eventual heir. The child who once struggled simply to eat is suddenly placed at the center of an enormous criminal family, where his compassion, once treated as a weakness, may be exactly what changes the people he is expected to lead someday.
