Synopsis
A simple purse-snatching suddenly becomes a kidnapping when Brown is carried away in the thief's tuk-tuk. Oshiri Tantei gives chase through the port town, but catching the culprit in a slow-moving auto rickshaw proves much more complicated than the detective first expects.
