Urusei Yatsura Movie 4: Lum The Forever

While Ataru, Lum, and their friends are making a movie in Tomobiki, an ancient cherry tree called Tarozakura is cut down. Soon afterward, unsettling changes spread through the town, and Lum begins losing both her horns and the supernatural powers that define her.

As the boundary between their film, the town's memories, and reality itself grows increasingly uncertain, Tomobiki seems to react to the possibility of losing Lum. What begins with a fallen tree becomes a strange, dreamlike crisis in which everyone must confront the place Lum has come to occupy in their shared world.
