Black Clover

Asta and Yuno grow up together in an orphanage and promise that one of them will become the Wizard King, the strongest mage in the Clover Kingdom. Yuno matures into a magical prodigy, while Asta possesses no magic at all despite years of desperate training. At fifteen, Yuno receives a rare four-leaf grimoire, and Asta is finally chosen by a strange black book that gives him swords capable of canceling magic itself. The two enter the Magic Knights by very different paths and keep their rivalry alive as they rise. Asta's journey becomes a challenge to a kingdom that often measures human worth by the amount of mana someone was born with.
