Seishun Buta Yarou wa Randoseru Girl no Yume wo Minai

Mai Sakurajima’s high school graduation is approaching, and Sakuta Azusagawa is waiting for her on the beach when an elementary school girl appears who looks exactly like Mai did during her childhood acting career. The girl vanishes as soon as Mai arrives, but the mystery does not end there. Sakuta discovers unfamiliar wounds on his body, a sign he recognizes all too well from previous cases of Puberty Syndrome.

At the same time, Kaede receives difficult news: their mother has finally left the hospital and wants to see her daughter again after years of separation and pain. Sakuta chooses to face that reunion alongside his sister, only to realize that he has emotions of his own that he has avoided for just as long. Between the child version of Mai and scars that appear without explanation, Sakuta must finally confront what his own heart has been hiding.
