Hybrid Deka

The Chancellor temporarily abandons Eagle Talon's dreams of world domination for a far less glamorous post as chief of the Metropolitan Police Department's underfunded Hybrid Division. Surrounded by bureaucracy and a department created through cost-cutting mergers, he struggles to solve crime while the supposedly practical world of public service proves every bit as absurd as his old secret society.
