Lupin III: Babylon no Ougon Densetsu

Ancient Babylonian tablets discovered in Manhattan point toward an impossible treasure: the original Tower of Babel, said to have been built from solid gold. Lupin follows the clues with Jigen and Goemon, but a powerful New York crime boss wants the same prize and is willing to kill for it.

The hunt carries Lupin from America toward the Middle East while Zenigata pursues him with an unusual team of policewomen. At the center of the mystery is the elderly Rosetta, whose strange knowledge of Babylon may be the only reliable guide to a treasure that has survived for millennia.
