Kyoukai Senki: Kyokkou no Souki

After the Hokuriku front closes, a new territory for Japanese citizens is established under the New Japan Cooperation Organization, but a change in administration does little to end foreign control. On an isolated island in the southern seas, the Oceania military still holds effective power while the local resistance group Hinukan fights to reclaim the right of its people to decide their own future.

The fragile balance collapses when North American forces arrive with plans to seize the island for themselves. New AMAIM combat machines enter the conflict, and the Japanese fighters are trapped between powers far larger than their own movement. The struggle is no longer simply about resisting one occupier, but preventing the island from becoming a prize passed between armies while its people are crushed in the exchange.
