Grendizer U

Planet Fleed is devastated by the forces of Vega, leaving its prince, Duke Fleed, to escape to Earth with the mighty robot Grendizer. Taken in by space scientist Dr. Umon, he lives under the name Daisuke Umon and tries to bury the memories of his destroyed home while building an ordinary life on another world.

Then Vega’s army reaches Earth, turning Daisuke’s refuge into the same battlefield he once fled. Alongside Koji Kabuto, Hikaru, and later his younger sister Maria Grace, Duke is forced to pilot Grendizer again. Every battle that protects Earth also drags him back toward what he lost on Fleed, leaving him to decide whether the weapon tied to his past can help him build a new home instead of watching another world disappear.
