Chibiusa begins receiving mysterious dreams from Pegasus, a winged horse who asks for her help and hides within her beautiful dreams. At the same time, the sinister Dead Moon Circus arrives in Tokyo, searching for the special dream that conceals the power they need to conquer the world.

Its agents attack innocent people and expose their Dream Mirrors one after another, forcing Usagi and the Sailor Guardians into a new battle. With Pegasus lending Chibiusa and the others new strength, the Guardians must protect people's dreams, uncover the secret behind their elusive ally, and stop the Dead Moon Circus before its darkness spreads across both worlds.
