Kinjirou Sakamachi suffers from an extreme fear of women: unexpected physical contact can give him a nosebleed and even knock him unconscious, thanks to years of rough “training” from his wrestling-loving mother and sister. At school, he accidentally discovers that Subaru Konoe, the handsome and popular butler serving wealthy Kanade Suzutsuki, is actually a girl hiding her sex in order to keep her position. Kanade agrees to protect the secret, but she also sees Kinjirou's condition as an irresistible opportunity to meddle. She promises to help cure his fear, and the increasingly bizarre treatments draw him closer to Subaru until the secret that once seemed like a burden begins reshaping all of their relationships.
