Tatakae!! Ramenman (Movie)

At Master Chen's request, Ramenman travels with Shumai to the water city of Suzhou. Instead of a peaceful destination, they find a city ruled by the Black Demon King, whose tyranny has gone so far that the people are forbidden even to laugh.

Ramenman challenges the ruler in order to return joy to Suzhou, but the Black Demon King's Four Heavenly Kings stand between him and victory. Their martial arts push the Choujin Kenpo master into a difficult battle, until old rivals and trusted companions arrive to lend their strength against an enemy who has turned an entire city into a place of fear.
