London falls into confusion when its great clock suddenly stops.

Without the familiar chimes keeping time, people lose track of their schedules and the city's daily rhythm begins to unravel. Seeing everyone struggle, Kitty decides that waiting for someone else to fix the problem is not enough and sets out to discover why the clock stopped and how to make the giant hands move again.
