Yuusha ni Narenakatta Ore wa Shibushibu Shuushoku wo Ketsui Shimashita.

Raul Chaser spends his youth training to become a hero who will defeat the Demon King, only for his dream to end in the most anticlimactic way possible: someone defeats the Demon King first, and the entire hero system is abolished. Two years later, Raul is a frustrated clerk at a small magical appliance store, far removed from the glory he imagined.

Then Fino Bloodstone joins the staff. She knows almost nothing about customer service and behaves as though she still lives in a demon castle, which makes sense once Raul learns that she is the late Demon King's daughter. Teaching her basic retail work becomes his responsibility, and amid eccentric customers and fierce commercial competition, the two begin building new lives in a world that no longer needs either a hero or a villainous heir.
