Gekkan Mousou Kagaku

On the second floor of an old building in Most City, a tiny staff produces a monthly magazine devoted to phenomena that science cannot explain. Editor Tarou J. Suzuki, young assistant Jirou, and Jirou's dog Saburou spend more time at the café downstairs than chasing stories until a scientist named Gorou Satou arrives with a strange case.

Their work shifts from writing amusing pieces about the impossible to investigating events that may be connected to something very real. Each assignment leads to stranger creatures, places, and theories, while some of the “delusions” they once treated as magazine material begin looking like fragments of a much larger truth. For Tarou, keeping his job soon becomes less troublesome than surviving the stories he assumed were nonsense.
