Vigilante: Boku no Hero Academia Illegals

Koichi Haimawari once dreamed of becoming a licensed hero, but his modest sliding Quirk never seemed impressive enough to make that future realistic. Instead, he uses it for small neighborhood good deeds, occasionally crossing the legal line that restricts unlicensed Quirk use.

Everything changes when he meets the brutal vigilante Knuckleduster and joins him alongside underground performer Pop☆Step. A mysterious drug is enhancing Quirks and turning ordinary people into dangerous villains, transforming Koichi's harmless local heroics into a real fight against crimes that licensed heroes and police do not always reach in time.
