Tenkou-saki no Seiso Karen na Bishoujo ga, Mukashi Danshi to Omotte Issho ni Asonda Osananajimi Datta Ken

After transferring to a new school in the city, Hayato hears a voice that belongs unmistakably to his childhood in the countryside. It is Haruki, the friend he used to play in the dirt with and had always believed was a boy. The person standing before him now is a beautiful, composed girl who looks nothing like the memory he kept.

Her appearance has changed, but the distance between them has not. When they are alone, Haruki drops the refined image and talks to Hayato with the same blunt familiarity she had as a child, while he finds a comfort around her that his new classmates cannot provide. Yet the friendship that felt simple when they were young no longer means quite the same thing, and both begin noticing feelings that were never part of their childhood games.
