Monster Extra: Hottan

Dr. Kenzo Tenma's life collapses after he chooses to save the young Johan Liebert instead of an influential patient. Years later, Johan reappears at the center of a trail of murders, forcing Tenma to abandon his career and pursue the man whose life he once protected.

Across Germany, Tenma follows scattered clues while Johan manipulates people from the shadows and his twin sister Nina struggles with fragments of a buried past. Each new encounter draws Tenma deeper into the mystery of who Johan truly is and whether saving a life can ever make him responsible for the evil that follows.
