Synopsis
Maruko is a carefree elementary school girl whose ordinary days with her family, classmates, and friends have a habit of turning into small comic disasters. Her laziness, curiosity, and vivid imagination repeatedly collide with the expectations of the adults around her, giving even the simplest childhood moment an amusing twist.
