After Yuuya and his friends fend off Yuti, an apprentice of the Divine carrying the power of the Vile, the confrontation ends unexpectedly: they reconcile with her, and she comes to live with them in the real world. As Yuti tries to adjust to a life she has never known, Yuuya's supposedly ordinary days gain an entirely new source of chaos.

Danger is still growing in the other world. The Divine Fist has surrendered to the Vile, and an ominous presence moves behind him as another legendary power begins to awaken. Yuuya is drawn back into the conflict between his two worlds, now knowing that the struggle between the Divine and the Vile is far from over.
