Shin Yaranai ka

Masaki Michishita is desperately searching for a bathroom when he wanders into a park known as a meeting place for men. There he notices Takakazu Abe, a confident mechanic sitting on a bench in his work clothes. Abe's startlingly direct invitation makes Masaki briefly forget why he entered the park in the first place.

What begins as one bold encounter develops into a string of absurd situations that test Masaki's curiosity and the boundaries of his relationship with Abe. The older man rarely hesitates, while Masaki is still trying to understand what he wants and how to express it. Beneath the exaggeration and comedy, the connection continues because each finds someone in front of whom he does not need to pretend to be different.
