Grow Up Show: Himawari no Circus-dan

During Japan's economic boom in the late 1950s, circus entertainment is at its height, and troupes across the country dream of earning a place in the world-famous Circus Collection festival. The Sunflower Circus, led by ringmaster Maria, is struggling simply to keep traveling and performing under constant financial pressure.

The troupe's fortunes begin to shift when Mizuka Tsurumaki, an exceptional young circus prodigy, joins for reasons nobody fully understands. Through training, accidents, and clashes among the highly individual performers, the girls begin pursuing something larger than financial survival: a show memorable enough to make audiences remember the Sunflower name and give each of them a place on the stage they dream about.
