Planet Xingxing becomes the center of a strange diplomatic rivalry when the dog-ruled Wangcai Planet and the cat-ruled Miaomei Planet both seek an alliance. Their ambassadors arrive preaching friendship while quietly trying to undermine one another, and the competition follows their children straight into Super Star Academy.
