Modaete yo, Adam-kun

Itsuki lives in a world where a mysterious pandemic has left men sexually impotent, only to discover that he is the single known exception. To protect that secret, he transfers to a special school whose students are overwhelmingly girls, but hiding the truth in such an environment is far harder than he expected.
