A new group of Dinosaur Kongs brings noisy prehistoric trouble into Cha Tan's world, but they are not the only unusual machines to appear. Spinoble and Buddyguard arrive with their own strong personalities and a fierce sense of justice, turning every encounter into a collision between unpredictable dinosaurs and equally determined Carbots.

What begins as confusion soon demands cooperation. Cha Tan has to understand the new allies, keep the unruly Kongs from making a bad situation worse, and bring their very different abilities together whenever a threat puts people in danger.
