Ranma Saotome's life at the Tendo dojo continues, and the Jusenkyo curse still changes his body whenever cold water hits him. His forced engagement to Akane has not become any simpler, especially with suitors, rivals, and family members constantly turning ordinary days into another challenge.

Every opponent brings a stranger technique, and every attempt at normal life uncovers another problem tied to curses, romance, or martial-arts pride. Ranma and Akane continue arguing as naturally as ever, yet the situations they survive together make their growing attachment increasingly difficult to deny, even while both insist that admitting it is the last thing they intend to do.
