Time Bokan 24

Tokio is an ordinary middle-school student until agents from the 24th century recruit him into the Space-Time Administration Bureau. Paired with the capable Calen and equipped with transforming machines, he travels through different eras searching for the hidden "True History," the bizarre events that conventional textbooks somehow left behind.

Every discovery puts the pair against the Akudama Trio, who work for History Paradise and are determined to keep the accepted version of history intact. From famous inventors to legendary events that are nothing like the stories people know, Tokio learns that the past is far stranger, funnier, and more dangerous than any school lesson suggested.
