Sasaki to Pii-chan Season 2

Sasaki is now far removed from the quiet life he once hoped to build. Traveling with Peeps between Japan and another world is no longer a simple escape from exhausting office work. He has become entangled in trade, magic, and politics on one side, while his government work involving people with supernatural abilities keeps creating problems on the other.

As the circles around him expand, keeping the two worlds separate becomes increasingly difficult, and new complications cannot simply be solved by stepping back through a portal. Sasaki continues relying on calm practicality while Peeps supplies wisdom and magic, yet every attempt to organize their lives seems to produce another responsibility. Their strange partnership is pulled deeper into exactly the kind of chaos Sasaki originally wanted to leave behind.
