The Princess remains a prisoner of the Hellhorde, and the “torture” inflicted upon her still looks nothing like what an ordinary captive would fear. Fresh bread, irresistible meals, games, outings, and adorable animals are all deployed to extract royal secrets from her, and experience has done very little to improve her resistance.

New interrogation sessions continue while the world around the dungeon expands, bringing more torturers and visitors with their own methods for breaking the Princess through happiness. The information she reveals is usually useless, and the Demon King continues reacting to the results in his own unexpected way. The war outside may still be serious, but inside the cell the decisive battle remains whether the Princess can withstand one more small pleasure before confessing yet again.
