Synopsis
During a quiet journey away from Tokyo, Kenshin and Kaoru stop near a coastal graveyard as rain forces them to seek shelter with a local couple. The peaceful setting gives Kaoru too much time to think about the man beside her and the wandering life he once led.
When Kenshin disappears before dawn, Kaoru's fear that he may have chosen the road again sends her searching for him along the shore. Their reunion brings an unspoken reassurance: whatever paths remain ahead, the bonds Kenshin has formed at the Kamiya dojo are no longer something he can simply leave behind.
