Mirai Momoyama and her energetic best friend Emo Moegi are fascinated by Pri☆Chan, a network where anyone can create a channel, broadcast performances, and build an audience. Rather than remain viewers, the two middle-school girls decide to become creators themselves and aim for the dazzling world of Pri☆Chan idols.

With the calm and capable Rinka Aoba joining them, Mirai and Emo learn that success takes more than simply switching on a camera.
