Chinpui

Sixth-grader Eri Kasuga is living an ordinary life until two tiny visitors from the distant planet Mahl arrive with astonishing news: she has been selected to marry Prince Lude and become a princess. Eri has no intention of allowing aliens to decide her future, no matter how prestigious the offer sounds.

One of the visitors, the mouse-like Chinpui, remains on Earth and becomes Eri's unlikely companion. With strange devices and abilities from Mahl constantly entering her daily life, school, family, friendships, and the unwanted royal engagement become tangled together in comic adventures as Eri keeps insisting that her own life should be hers to choose.
