Noir

Paris-based assassin Mireille Bouquet receives a strange message from a Japanese girl named Kirika Yuumura asking her to join a “pilgrimage to the past.” Mireille would have ignored it if the message had not included a melody tied to her childhood and the murder of her family.

When they meet, Mireille discovers that Kirika has no memory of her identity yet possesses extraordinary killing skills she cannot explain. The two work together under the codename “Noir,” taking assassination jobs while searching for answers. Each clue draws them closer to a shadowy organization called Les Soldats and to the secret that connected their lives long before they ever met.
