Summer Pockets

Hairi Takahara comes to Torishirojima after his grandmother’s death to help sort through what she left behind, using the trip as a quiet escape from a personal wound he does not know how to face. The island is small and peaceful, and summer there seems to move more slowly than the world he left behind.

While exploring, Hairi meets Shiroha, Kamome, Tsumugi, and Ao, each carrying a wish or memory tied to the island. Ordinary days of swimming, games, and conversation gradually reveal mysteries that cannot be easily explained. The summer Hairi intended to hide inside may instead become the season that helps him recover something he did not realize he had lost.
