Now that Ryouka understands that death sends her back to Christmas Eve, she no longer enters the locked zone without knowledge of what awaits her. She shares what she has learned with Shuuhei, and the two begin deliberately testing different escape routes, using every detail Ryouka can carry from one loop into the next.

Knowing the rules does not mean controlling them. Each reset can bring a different version of X or change the danger before the same plan can work twice. As the number of attempts grows, escape becomes tied to understanding why the loop exists and what connects Ryouka to the nightmare. Every death brings them closer to an answer, but it also raises a frightening question: how many times can she begin again before returning to her old life becomes impossible?
