Lupin III: Lupin Ansatsu Shirei

Inspector Zenigata is abruptly removed from the Lupin investigation and reassigned to a weapons-trafficking organization called Shot Shell. Lupin, amused by his old rival's misery, decides to involve himself in the case and brings Jigen, Goemon, and Fujiko along for a scheme involving a stolen Russian nuclear submarine.

The operation also draws in scientist Karen Korinsky, who is wanted by Shot Shell, while ICPO replaces Zenigata with the merciless Keith Hayden. Unlike Zenigata, Keith has no interest in arresting Lupin alive, turning the investigation into a deadly chase in which thieves and detective may have to cooperate to survive.
