Yatterman

Gan Takada and his girlfriend Ai Kaminari live ordinary lives until trouble calls, when they transform into the masked heroes Yatterman No. 1 and Yatterman No. 2. Together with their mechanical companions, they race from one bizarre destination to another to keep valuable treasures out of criminal hands.

Their persistent enemies are Doronjo, Boyacky, and Tonzra of the Doronbo Gang. Acting on the orders of the mysterious Dokurobey, the trio hunts for five Dokuro Rings said to grant three wishes when united. Every new clue sparks another extravagant scam, ridiculous machine, and showdown with Yatterman.
