Pokemon: The Origin

Professor Oak entrusts young trainers Red and Green with their first Pokémon and a Pokédex, challenging them to record every species living across the Kanto region. Red sets out with Charmander, determined not only to complete the Pokédex but also to test himself against Gym Leaders and earn the right to challenge the Pokémon League.

His journey repeatedly crosses Green's path and brings him into conflict with Team Rocket, whose members exploit Pokémon for profit and power. As Charmander grows alongside him, Red learns what it truly means to train Pokémon, eventually aiming beyond the League toward rare creatures that few trainers have ever encountered.
