Aragne no Mushikago

Rin, a withdrawn university student, moves into a cheap apartment complex only to find the building far more disturbing than its advertisement suggested. Strange deaths occur nearby, grotesque insects appear where they should not, and a smiling stranger seems to watch her from the shadows.

Unable to ignore the pattern, Rin begins searching for an explanation and uncovers connections between old legends, parasites, and secret medical research. The deeper she investigates, the less certain she becomes that the horrors around the complex are hallucinations, especially when the boundary between human bodies and the creatures infesting them starts to collapse.
