Dragon Ball Z Movie 02: Kono Yo de Ichiban Tsuyoi Yatsu

Deep beneath the Tsurumai-Tsuburi Mountains, Dr. Kochin gathers the Dragon Balls and frees his master, the brilliant but ruthless Dr. Wheelo, from an icy prison. Wheelo's body is gone, leaving his brain sustained by machinery, and he plans to claim the body of the world's strongest fighter as his new vessel.

Believing Master Roshi still holds that title, Kochin kidnaps Bulma and draws Roshi into the laboratory. Goku, Gohan, Krillin, and Piccolo are soon pulled into the confrontation, where bio-warriors and mind control stand between them and Wheelo. Once the scientist realizes Goku's true strength, his plan takes an even more dangerous turn.
