Kimi to, Nami ni Noretara

Hinako moves to a seaside town for university. She is fearless on a surfboard but far less certain about what she wants from life on land. After a fire breaks out in her apartment building, she is rescued by firefighter Minato, and their friendship quickly grows into a loving relationship shaped by her passion for the ocean and his instinct to help others.

Then an accident changes Hinako’s life and leaves her unable to face the sea as she once did. In the middle of her grief, she discovers that a song she shared with Minato can call his presence through water. The miracle becomes a comfort she cannot bear to lose, yet it also keeps her from moving forward. To find her own future, Hinako must learn how to ride her next wave without depending on someone else to carry her.
