Meitantei Conan Movie 02: 14-banme no Target

A strange attacker begins targeting people connected to Kogorou Mouri in a sequence tied to playing-card numbers, counting downward from king toward ace. The obvious suspect is Jou Murakami, a former criminal recently released from prison who has reason to hate Kogorou, but Conan notices details that do not fit such a simple revenge.

As the numbered targets are attacked one after another, the case draws Ran into memories of the incident that separated her parents ten years earlier. Conan must uncover why each victim was chosen and identify the real pattern before the countdown reaches the people closest to him.
