Mahoutsukai no Yome: Hoshi Matsu Hito

When Angelica sends Chise a package of magical supplies, one object among them awakens a painful memory: a book she once read as a lonely child. At Elias's request, Chise begins telling him about the mysterious library she discovered deep in a forest long before their lives crossed.

There she met Riichi Miura, the quiet keeper of a place filled with books and secrets. For a girl who had spent much of her childhood isolated and frightened by things others could not see, the library offered rare comfort. Yet the refuge was tied to supernatural dangers of its own, and the book Chise still carries is bound to a memory she cannot forget.
