Crayon Shin-chan Movie 28: Gekitotsu! Rakuga Kingdom to Hobo Yonin no Yuusha

The floating Rakuga Kingdom survives on energy produced by children’s drawings. As paper and crayons are increasingly replaced by screens, that energy begins to disappear, leaving the kingdom in danger of crashing down onto the cities below.

Its military descends to Earth and starts forcing children to draw, while the princess searches for someone capable of using the Miracle Crayon to save both worlds. The crayon naturally ends up with Shinnosuke Nohara, who approaches heroism with none of the seriousness anyone expected. Whatever he draws can come to life, giving him a bizarre group of companions made from his own imagination. Saving Kasukabe and the falling kingdom will require the one resource Shin-chan has in unlimited supply: a child’s creativity with absolutely no respect for rules.
