Fushigi Yuugi: Dai Ni Bu

Tamahome has been reborn in the real world as Taka Sukunami and reunited with Miaka Yuuki, allowing the two to finally pursue the happiness they fought so hard to reach. Their peace is shattered by Ren Shigyou, a new student who manipulates Miaka's classmates and turns their resentment against the couple.

An attack sends Miaka and Taka back into the Universe of the Four Gods, where they learn that a demonic force is behind the new turmoil. Worse, Taka's existence is beginning to fade. His memories as Tamahome have been sealed within seven jewels, and recovering them becomes a race against time that reunites the pair with old companions and old dangers.
